Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not happy with your Kahina Giving Beauty products for any reason, we will refund the cost of your purchase. Please contact us at info@givingbeauty.com within 30 days of placing your order and, upon receipt of returned items, we will issue a refund.
Our carrier is UPS, which will not ship to a PO or APO box. Please do not enter a PO box in your shipping information.
Our refill policy was created with the best of intentions, but after investigating further, we found that the carbon footprint from shipping the bottles to be refilled, and then re-shipped, was actually greater than simply recycling them at your home. As we phase in our new packaging, this policy will no longer be advertised.
